The West Wicklow Historical Society is delighted to be launching a book by one of its members, Mairéad Kelly. Mairéad has a deep interest in the ancient past of her native area. This has inspired her ‘Colouring Storybook’. It has text in both Irish and English and the many monochrome images invite shading by the reader. Mairéad acknowledges the support and guidance of two other WWHS members, Caoimhe Ní Shúilleabháin and Robert Hanbidge.
Ancient West Wicklow Colouring Storybook by Mairéad Ní Cheallaigh will be officially launched by the archaeologist Robert Hanbidge at Baltinglass Library on Tuesday 21 February, 6.30pm-7.30pm. All are welcome.
