Re: the purchase of WWHS Journals (and other publications)

Whenever you purchase goods or a service as a consumer online or via other means of distance communication (by telephone, mail order) or outside a shop (from a door-to-door salesperson), you (as the consumer) have the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes referred to as the cooling-off period or the withdrawal period. No reason or justification need be given by the consumer to the seller.
We (WWHS) will issue a refund via Stripe to the consumer in circumstances where any publication is returned in the condition it was originally sent to the consumer. Return postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.
