Our walking tour of Kildare Town for WWHS members, guided by Kildare Heritage, took place on Saturday 20 August. It was an enjoyable and informative tour in perfect weather conditions. Here are some images from St. Brigid’s Cathedral as well as a bust of Lord Edward Fitzgerald. Kildare Town is steeped in history.
